3. Home’s Harmony Official Store Products

3.1. We reserve the right to change or update the information of product on the Website if the product is out of stock or unavailable.
3.2. If an item is out of stock or unavailable after you placed order, Home’s Harmony, may, in its sole discretion and at no extra cost to you, will contact you for substitution of another item for the out-of-stock item.
3.3. All uploaded images of products on the Website are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. We strive to display the colours of our products as accurately as possible; however, we cannot and does not guarantee that your monitor’s or devices display of any colour will be accurate.

3.5. Home’s Harmony will make its utmost effort to describe and display its products, promotions, and services on the Website as accurately as possible. However, there might be a small number of items on the Website may be mispriced, described inaccurately or unavailable due to shortage of shipment delays. 4. Orders

4.1. Once completed the Website order form, you agree to provide accurate and complete information of your personal details such as name, address, and phone numbers to ensure smooth process and delivery of your order. 4.2. Once you have submitted your order and received a confirmation email with an order number, no cancellations or change of orders will be accepted. Therefore, you are responsible to make sure to the orders are carefully selected by you.
4.3. A confirmed purchased email along with the order number will be send to your registered email on the Website after you submitted your order. All orders are accepted by us will be subjected to Terms and Conditions of sale.
4.4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances that we must cancelled or reject your order, Home’s Harmony team shall contact you through the email or phone call that you have provided at the registration form.

5. Price, Payment and Refund

5.1. All Prices, Delivery Fees and other charges stated and quoted at the Website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD$) and where applicable, are inclusive of goods and services tax (GST).
5.2. We reserve the right at any time to change the prices of the products on the Website without any notice. For submitted and paid orders before the price changes will be accepted by us, otherwise there would be no change in the product pricing.
5.3. Upon submitting your order at our Website, you will be requested to provide accurate credit / debit card details to ensure smooth payment transaction. Verification of information may be required prior to the acknowledgement or completion of any transaction.
5.4. To ensure a smooth checkout, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account information at our website. You agree to promptly update your account and other information such as email, phone number, credit card numbers, expiration dates, so that we can complete the transaction.
5.5. In the event of cancellation submitted paid order under the Terms and Conditions, we will process your refund the amount stated on the emailed invoice. However, the period of refund time will be subjected to the credit/ debit card company to finalize the refund process. We are not liable to any loss that you (or third party) that might suffer due to the process of delay in processing refunds.

6.1. To provide our customers with the best shopping experience, Home’s Harmony will run short-term campaigns, promotions, sale, and exclusive product on the Website. During the event running period, there will be additional terms and conditions in conjunction with the promotion.
6.2. Our short-term promotion running period, the date, time, and prices stated on the website is solely based in Singapore.
6.3. All goods that are offered on the website, the prices and promotions may not be in correspond to those sold at Home’s Harmony physical stores.

8. Return / Refund or Exchange Policy

8.1. Dear Customer, please check through all items upon received.
Home’s Harmony will only accept the request of return / refund or exchange in the following circumstances:
1. Faulty product (e.g stained, torn or manufacturing defect).
2. Wrong product (e.g wrong size / colour).
3. incomplete product (missing quantity).
8.2. NOTE: The items need to be accompanied by original tags, packaging and in its original conditions(unused, unwashed, undamaged). 
8.3. Return or refund is not accepted once the ORDER RECEIVED / COMPLETED has been clicked.
